What You’ll Do
Research, identify, and engage potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and social outreach.
Qualify leads and schedule meetings for our sales team.
Use CRM and lead tools to track prospects, follow-ups, and outcomes (Pipedrive, LinkedIn, etc.)
Collaborate on creative outreach strategies and messaging.
Maintain accurate activity and lead data in CRM.
Report on metrics and results to improve outreach efficiency.
Celebrate wins and contribute to a performance-driven culture.
What Success Looks Like You’ll be measured on clear performance indicators such as:
Number of outbound activities (calls, emails, messages).
Qualified meetings booked.
Sales pipeline value generated via your lead interactions.
What We’re Looking For
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Strong communication and research skills.
Comfortable with outreach and follow-ups.
Organized with good CRM habits.
Eager to learn and improve every day.
Previous sales or lead gen experience is a plus, but not required.
