Overview BTWN EXHIBITS is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Trade Show Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of trade show and live event projects. This role manages projects from kickoff through post-show wrap-up, ensuring budgets, timelines, quality, and client expectations are met.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all phases of trade show projects including planning, production, logistics, on-site execution, and post-event review.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Design, Production, and Logistics teams to ensure projects align with approved concepts, budgets, and schedules.
Estimate project costs and support Account Executives with proposals and scope language.
Oversee development of production and specification drawings.
Order project-specific materials and hardware; issue purchase orders and track project costs and variances.
Manage subcontractors and specialty vendors.
Maintain daily communication with the shop regarding fabrication details, schedules, and changes.
Lead project meetings and clearly communicate updates and action items.
Develop crate content lists, shipping manifests, and on-site setup packages.
Support on-site installation and dismantle as needed.
Lead post-event reviews to identify process improvements for future projects.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to travel and work weekends as required for trade show schedules.
Preferred Skills
Experience in trade shows, exhibits, fabrication, or experiential marketing.
Bilingual: English + Korean preferred; other languages a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
