Join Soccer Shots - Greater Atlanta as a Sales Associate, where you'll play a vital role in promoting our youth soccer programs. We are passionate about making a positive impact in children's lives through sports, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic team member to help us grow our community outreach and sales efforts. Responsibilities
Engage with potential customers to promote Soccer Shots programs and benefits. Manage and respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person. Maintain accurate records of sales leads and customer interactions within our lead list. Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into enrollments. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings. Requirements
Previous sales or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for youth sports and child development. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Google Drive tools. Flexible schedule. Ability to manage one's time well. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus. Positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Compensation
This job is commission based. Each school that is landed and a season with ample children is launched, you will receive $400. This job allows you to get as much as you want based on how well you do. Benefits
