Grow our marketplace — drive the acquisition of experts and PR professionals and deepen relationships with existing users Build lifecycle and CRM programs to accelerate free → paid conversion Own and optimize email + social channels, working with contractors/specialists where needed Take 0→1 ownership of campaigns and projects, from strategy through execution Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, feeding insights back into strategy Collaborate with leadership to assess, approve, and prioritize marketing initiatives Manage the content on our WordPress website and digital presence, ensuring content remains current, cohesive, and aligned with brand goals What We’re Looking For

Proven generalist marketer with the ability to flex across channels and own campaigns end-to-end Experience in lifecycle/email marketing, SEO, CRO, and social channels Experience driving growth for a marketplace, network, or SaaS platform Strong contributor who’s comfortable executing on their own Comfortable working across platforms — including CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools Adaptability and collaboration skills — you’re as comfortable getting deep into technical details as you are working across departments to align broader marketing efforts Nice to Have

Experience marketing to media, journalists, creators, or PR professionals Technical cold email marketing expertise We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
