What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Drive market share by providing architectural design expertise to architects, designers, contractors, and end-users
Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and update product specifications
Conduct product research and stay updated on industry trends to provide relevant design recommendations
Liaise with clients and internal teams to address design-related inquiries and modifications
Lead CRM opportunities to ensure the sales team engages effectively with architects and distributors
What is Required (Qualifications)
Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Business, or Marketing
3-5 years of specification experience in Division 10 or related field, ideally in a technical support/construction sales role
Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and design visualization tools (e.g., SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite)
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to travel within the U.S. and Canada
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Proven experience in design, construction, or related roles within the B2B industry
Knowledge of CRM and construction software (Dodge, Construct Connect)
AIA/CSI Membership is a plus
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills
Strong problem-solving mindset with innovative design solutions
