What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Conduct sales calls to promote, sell, and service the employer's Cardiac Rhythm Management products to existing and potential customers Implement quarterly sales plans to achieve sales goals and maintain product knowledge Coordinate customer activities and complete required administrative reporting Provide ongoing field intelligence on market trends, competitive activity, and customer preferences Train and educate customers on product performance and maintain adequate inventory
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 6+ years of experience, OR Associate’s Degree AND 4+ years of experience, OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 2+ years of experience in relevant medical devices or healthcare sales Valid driver\'s license and active vehicle insurance policy Ability to work and travel outside of normal business hours, including weekends and holidays Proven capability to manage time and resources effectively Excellent verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
5+ years of medical sales experience in a hospital environment Experience selling to interventional cardiologists, electrophysiologists, or cardiothoracic surgeons Demonstrated success in previous positions indicating a high level of sales performance Familiarity with the employer's products and services Local residency within the assigned territory
