The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a sales team, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent negotiation skills, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record in driving sales growth. Duties

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize growth potential within the region. Identifying and acquiring new customers and up-selling to existing customers. Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support. Set sales targets and monitor performance against goals. Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction. Train and onboard new sales team members. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly. Develop and deliver sales presentations/Training. Requirements

Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals. Excellent customer service skills and ability to build long-term relationships. Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Knowledge of budgeting and financial principles. Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective strategies. Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management. Salary plus commission-based pay structure.
