Sales Acceleration Manager on the Sales Acceleration team. This is a quota-carrying role for a driven, entrepreneurial seller who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and is motivated by building something new. The team bridges product innovation and market execution by partnering with Account Executives, Sales Leadership, Product, and Marketing to validate product-market fit, accelerate customer adoption, and create scalable sales motions. You’ll act as a specialist and product expert within your assigned product line, combining technical and commercial understanding with consultative discovery and storytelling to help customers realize value from 1Password’s evolving portfolio. You’ll focus on specific products, features, or solution areas to drive strategic sales initiatives and provide feedback to the GTM organization. You’ll manage the pipeline with precision and collaborate across teams to deliver a seamless customer experience with coordinated execution. This role is remote within Western Canada or Western US, with a preference for Austin, TX. What we’re looking for

6+ years of Mid-Market/Enterprise sales experience in a direct or strategic capacity, with a proven ability to influence and close complex deals in SaaS or cybersecurity. Expertise in strategic solution selling—from pipeline generation to multi-stakeholder deal navigation and value-based negotiation. Strong analytical and business acumen with hands-on experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, and analytics tools to drive insights. Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate data and strategy into compelling narratives for executives and clients. Highly collaborative, with experience working cross-functionally to align GTM, product, and operational initiatives. Detail-oriented problem solver who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Familiarity with project management methodologies or tools (preferred). Growth-oriented mindset with a passion for operational excellence and continuous learning. What you can expect

Drive Strategic Growth: Identify and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to uncover high-value opportunities and translate data into actionable sales and go-to-market strategies. Act as a Strategic Sales Partner: Serve as a trusted advisor on positioning, sales enablement, and customer engagement strategies. Own the Pipeline: Build, manage, and optimize a robust pipeline with proactive prospecting and opportunity management to achieve targets. Enable Data-Driven Decisions: Use analytics and reporting tools to evaluate performance and inform strategy. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to align customer needs with capabilities and GTM objectives. Optimize Sales Execution: Provide feedback to improve sales funnels, marketing campaigns, and customer onboarding for a seamless journey. Expand Market Presence: Contribute to new business models, partnerships, and market entry initiatives for long-term growth. Stay Ahead of the Curve: Monitor industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge. USA-based roles only: The annual base salary ranges from $133,000 to $193,000 USD and is commission-eligible. This role participates in 1Password’s benefits program, PTO, equity grant, and incentive programs where applicable. Canada-based roles only: The annual base salary ranges from $130,000 CAD to $189,000 CAD and is commission-eligible.
