We are looking for an Account Manager to strengthen our HMI service line. This person will focus on

acocunt management, customer development and sales & presales support.

REQUIREMENTS

Based in Poland.

Proven experience as an

IT Project Manager, Delivery Manager Program Manager, Senior Project Manager, or Account Manager .

Experience in

pre-sales activities , including bidding and offer preparation.

Solid understanding of the

Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

and industry best practices.

Expertise in

modern agile and iterative delivery methodologies .

Fluent English (minimum

C1

level).

Nice To Have

Experience in Software House

HMI or Embedded knowledge and experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES Account Management & Customer Development - approx. 40% of effort

Own and develop long-term relationships with assigned customers, building strong networks and engaging key stakeholders.

Analyze customer strategies, business plans, and initiatives to define and execute joint development and growth plans.

Drive revenue recognition and expansion within customer organizations, while strengthening brand awareness in client accounts.

Hold regular customer meetings (including at least one face-to-face meeting per year) and align on budgets, forecasts, and financial planning.

Create, maintain, and regularly update Account Plans; organize and lead quarterly (at least every three months) Account Plan reviews.

Participate in Steering Committees (SteerCos) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and communicate account plans, progress, and risks.

Sales & Pre-Sales Support - approx. 40% of effort

Actively generate new sales leads and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Support bidding, pre-sales activities, and the preparation, review, and presentation of commercial offers.

Participate jointly with the Business Unit Director (BUD) in commercial, contractual, and negotiation discussions with customers.

Delivery Oversight & Governance- approx. 20% of effort

Oversee delivery across multiple teams and projects, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and business objectives.

Manage and oversee budget planning, tracking, and reporting to ensure financial control and transparency.

Ensure compliance with internal governance standards and external regulatory requirements.

Take responsibility for purchase orders (POs) for new projects and accountability for POs related to ongoing engagements.
