
Business Development Creator for Autohaus Import Service

You’ll support our Service Advisors and management by handling the follow-up work that keeps relationships strong and opportunities alive.
This job requires you to:
Follow up with customers who declined work, missed appointments, or haven’t scheduled in a while.
Follow up after repairs and respond to customer texts and emails
Make outbound calls with confidence and care
Listen to calls, spot missed opportunities, and help us improve
Be a bridge between clients and our internal team
