Overview We are looking for a results-driven, tenacious individual with a passion for sales to join our expanding Talent Sales team in the US. Main Duties and Responsibilities

As a member of the Talent Sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business from new and prospective clients, working across multiple Chambers offerings and products. Chambers Talent Research can offer the vital intelligence you need to inform your retention strategies. Each year Chambers Talent gathers survey responses from across the UK and US legal markets, to shine a light on what it is really like to work at top law firms. We explore respondents' views on firm culture, operations, employer brand and their career aspirations, and, distil our findings into Chambers Talent offerings; Chambers Student, Chambers Associate and Leading Teams. As the role requires working across multiple jurisdictions, with multiple stakeholders and frequent deadlines, excellent organizational and time-management skills are a must. Experience selling into HR / Talent / Recruitment teams is desirable Confident in self-generating leads and prospecting and pitching to senior decision makers Ability to own a sales cycle from start to finish Knowledge of Legal markets advantageous Person Specification

Ability and desire to succeed, and thrive in a high-pressure environment – a ‘go-getter' Contribute effectively within a team environment; working collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders Ability to work autonomously Strong personal skills, ability to engage and forge strong meaningful relationships
