Inside Sales Associate
for a
temp-to-hire
opportunity. This role offers a clear path to becoming an
Inside Sales Representative
upon permanent hire, along with strong benefits and commission potential.
Compensation
$20/hr
during the temp period
Commission available once converted to permanent hire
Key Responsibilities
Entering work-site assessments and related paperwork
Answering incoming calls and assisting customers
Data entry and administrative support
Logging information into the in-house system (training provided)
Using Advanced Excel, including pivot tables
Preferred Qualifications
2 years of sales experience
Corporate or business sales environment preferred
Open to entry-level candidates
with strong interest in sales
Strong work ethic, high integrity, and a
can-do
attitude
Desire to grow in sales and contribute to team success
