Technology: Proficiency in AMS 360 preferred/not required, Microsoft Office, and related Agency Management Systems. Strategic Responsibilities: Serve as the point of contact for clients and producers, providing strategic counsel on their complex commercial insurance needs. Assume full accountability for all key policy activities, including processing binder requests, endorsements, policy issuance, and generating critical certificates. Verify and safeguard all critical client data (premiums, policy numbers, claims reports, etc.), ensuring meticulous file documentation and adherence to compliance standards. Deliver knowledgeable and proactive solutions regarding product, pricing, and availability, translating complex information into clear, quantifiable client value.
