Customer Service Representative
LHH is seeking a Customer Service Representative for an entry-level contract position in Charlotte, NC! In this position, you'll serve as the first point of contact for customers, helping them find answers, directing them to the right resources, and ensuring they feel supported from the moment they reach out. This role also offers a strong pathway for professional growthideal for someone ambitious and eager to develop new skills. Responsibilities: Welcome and assist customers who reach out by phone, email, chat, or other communication channels Quickly assess each situation and provide clear, accurate information Route routine questions to the appropriate external or internal partners Identify opportunities that require specialized support and connect customers with the right team Resolve straightforward requests independently to create a smooth, positive experience Record all interactions accurately to maintain clean and compliant documentation Qualifications: 1+ year of customer service experience (experience in fast-paced settings is a bonus) Confidence using computers, basic software tools, and communication platforms Skill in listening, problem solving, and delivering information clearly Bilingual abilities, especially English/Spanish, are highly valued Works on-site with the team in an office environment Enjoys helping people and creating positive interactions Communicates with clarity, patience, and empathy Can manage several tasks at once Brings a team-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail Pay Details:
