About the Role
The Company is in search of a VP of Sales for its Senior Living division. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the occupancy of a boutique portfolio, with a strong focus on being in the field, building and leading high-performing teams, and sustaining strong occupancy levels. This role is highly hands-on and requires a leader who is energized by coaching, training, and working closely with teams in the communities. The VP of Sales will also play a key role in the future development of a regional sales structure as the company continues to expand.
