Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years' leadership experience in institutional advancement, with a proven track record in securing major gifts. A Master's degree and experience in a college or university setting are preferred. The role requires exceptional communication, relationship-building skills, and a collaborative leadership style. The ideal candidate will have experience working with nonprofit boards, a commitment to diversity and inclusion, and a desire to promote civic engagement. Responsibilities also include fiscal management, team leadership, and fostering alumni engagement through various programs and events.
