About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales to spearhead the expansion of its market share and drive the attainment of key performance metrics. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading the sales organization, from the creation and implementation of effective business development strategies to the close of successful sales. This role involves overseeing a team of remote sales professionals, producing sales forecasts, and ensuring that the sales and marketing plans are in alignment. The VP of Sales will also be responsible for representing the organization at various industry events and for developing and nurturing relationships with key strategic individuals.

Applicants for the Vice President of Sales position at the company must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a proven track record in sales. High-level organizational, leadership, and managerial skills are essential, as is the ability to work with technology as an integral part of the sales process. The role requires excellent written and communication skills, and the candidate should be comfortable with a work environment that may include travel and prolonged periods of desk work.
