About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Private Credit Investments to drive strategic analysis and execution in this critical area. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading financial modeling, diligence coordination, and the preparation of investment materials with a high level of precision and insight. This role involves engaging in operational underwriting, data validation, and portfolio monitoring to ensure optimal performance, as well as shaping underwriting standards and portfolio strategies to align with organizational goals. The Vice President will also be expected to mentor junior analysts, contribute to a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, and collaborate with senior investment professionals to evaluate and execute private credit opportunities.
Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree, with an advanced degree or CFA certification preferred, and 5-8+ years of experience in private credit, structured finance, or related fields. Proficiency in financial modeling, credit analysis, and transaction execution is essential, with experience in asset-backed lending or structured credit being highly desirable. The role requires advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with SQL or data analytics tools is advantageous. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, execution-driven, and comfortable managing extensive borrower-level data and operational metrics. Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary for presenting insights to stakeholders, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment that emphasizes institutional rigor and innovation is a must.
