Role Overview

We are seeking a senior Product Leader to own and scale our CTV-to-Mobile performance product portfolio, focused on driving measurable outcomes beyond reach - such as mobile app installs, opens, conversions, and revenue attribution.

This role will define and execute the product strategy that connects CTV exposure to downstream mobile performance, combining identity, measurement, experimentation, and optimization to unlock incremental advertiser value. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in ads platforms, performance measurement, and cross-device products, with the ability to operate at executive scale.**Role and Responsibilities****Roles & Responsibilities (R&R)*** Own the end-to-end product strategy and execution for CTV-to-Mobile performance solutions, enabling measurable outcomes such as app installs, in-app events, subscriptions, and downstream revenue.* Define and evolve the performance value proposition for CTV, positioning it as an outcome-driven channel for app advertisers, including gaming and high-frequency consumer apps.* Lead development of cross-device attribution, incrementality, and measurement frameworks, including lift studies, holdouts, and experimentation methodologies.* Partner closely with data science and engineering to design optimization models that leverage mobile app signals (installs, post-install events, LTV proxies) to improve CTV delivery and performance efficiency.* Establish and own performance KPIs (e.g., CPI, CPA, ROAS, incremental lift, retention, LTV) and ensure credibility of measurement with advertisers.* Drive execution of performance products across premium and remnant CTV inventory, balancing scale, pricing, and outcome goals.* Define and support pricing and packaging strategies (CPA, CPI, blended CPA, hybrid CPM/CPA) in partnership with Revenue and Sales leadership.* Act as the single-threaded product owner, aligning Product, Engineering, Data Science, Privacy, Partnerships, and Go-To-Market teams.* Influence executive stakeholders with clear product narratives, business cases, and trade-off recommendations.* Build, lead, and mentor a team of senior product managers, fostering a culture of experimentation, rapid learning, and outcome accountability.* Partner with Sales and Marketing to enable go-to-market readiness, customer adoption, and scaled revenue growth, particularly for gaming and app-growth advertisers.**Skills and Qualifications****Qualifications:****Required*** 12+ years of experience in product management, with significant ownership of ads, performance, or growth platforms.* Proven track record building and scaling performance-driven products for mobile apps, including gaming, consumer, or subscription-based apps.* Hands-on experience with app growth funnels (install → activation → retention → monetization) and performance optimization.* Deep understanding of CTV advertising, mobile attribution, identity, and cross-device measurement.* Strong analytical mindset with experience working with experimentation frameworks, attribution models, and performance KPIs.* Experience leading and scaling senior product teams at Director level or above.* Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, data-constrained, and privacy-sensitive environments.* Strong executive communication and cross-functional leadership skills.**Preferred:*** Experience working with gaming publishers or mobile growth teams, including UA, live ops, or LTV optimization.* Familiarity with MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch), SKAN and privacy-preserving attribution methods.* Experience with CPA/CPI-based pricing models and outcome guarantees.* Background in ad-tech, mar-tech, commerce media, or app monetization platforms.Compensation for this role, for candidates based in Mountain View, CA or New York, NY is expected to be between $220,000 ~ $265,000 base.

Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
