Job Summary
The Multimedia Specialist is responsible for creating high-quality video and visual content from concept through delivery. This role involves field and studio production, video editing, motion graphics creation, and collaboration with clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate is technically skilled, creatively driven, and flexible with schedules and locations. Must have knowledge of uploading videos to many different platforms.
Responsibilities
Operate professional video cameras in field and studio environments to capture compelling footage
Edit video content using Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Avid Media Composer
Create animated graphics and visual elements using Adobe After Effects and Adobe Photoshop and programs available in Adobe Creative Cloud
Produce videos for a variety of clients, ensuring creative and technical requirements are met
Record high-quality field audio using Sound Devices mixers and related equipment
Design and execute lighting setups for both field and studio recordings
Capture high-quality still images for multi-platform and multi-use applications
Maintain, organize, and ensure proper functioning of all field and studio equipment
Collaborate effectively with clients, producers, and team members throughout the production process
Adapt to flexible work hours and varying locations, including travel and on-location shoots
Must be able to design and implement multiple camera positions depending on spokesperson locations

Field and studio-based work environments
Flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as required
Must be able to travel to locations depending on the client’s needs
Location Gaithersburg MD and White Oak MD.
