As the Regional Director of Operations, you will report directly to the Vice President of Operations and have a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Senior Director of Sales and Distribution at the RedBull Distribution Company. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring partner satisfaction and fostering a focus on achieving operational excellence while consistently exceeding partner expectations.
You will provide leadership, guidance, advocacy, and strategic vision to a group of Site Operation Managers. These managers oversee the planning, organization, direction, coordination, and centralization of all warehouse activities within an assigned region. Your responsibilities will also include managing orders and ensuring fulfillment of sales, gross margin goals, and growth objectives established by the company.
