Product Owner
to manage and drive the development of our
Digital Workplace User Support
product. You will be responsible for defining product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities for our User support platforms. You will work closely with stakeholders, development teams, and designers to deliver an intuitive and user-friendly digital environment that enhances productivity and user experience. Concretely you will be the Product Owner of a SCRUM team that builds, governs and supports group wide solutions. Responsibilities: Define and manage product vision, roadmap, backlog, and growth opportunities for the product. Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into product requirements. Collaborate with other product owners from Digital Enhancement to ensure coherent vision and roadmap. Collaborate with development teams to ensure product requirements are understood and implemented effectively. Prioritize features and tasks with other departments, tracking and reporting on the product's roadmap and milestones. Ensure operational excellence, resilience and 2nd level support of the product together with the product team. Ensure knowledge transfer to users' 1st line support via handbook and organize on-duty service (after-business-hours support) when needed together with the other product owner of the product line. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create an intuitive and user-friendly digital environment. Monitor and analyze market trends to ensure state-of-the-art solutions. Measure product performance and customer satisfaction using appropriate tools and techniques. Meet regularly with the 1st level support manager to review incidents and tickets to improve the offering. Conduct user research and gather feedback to continually improve the product. Facilitate communication throughout the development process, ensuring all stakeholders and management are aligned and understand the product strategy, progress and budget. Collaborate with procurement in the context of tendering processes. Support HR in related negotiations with workers. Your Profile
Degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering or a related field. Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in IT product management, preferably related to information management. Experience with digital workplace solutions that support user requests (e.g., Ivanti, Service Desk, ServiceNow, Zendesk, PagerDuty). Includes call flow solutions and tools needed to support user requests. Good understanding of 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support organization. Good understanding of ITSM and ITIL standards. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, tech-savvy and curious about new technologies. Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills. Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think creatively and take initiative. Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams. Language skills : Fluent in English; Dutch, French or German are a plus. Offer
