Position Responsibilities:
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through contracting and close
Develop and manage a robust pipeline across healthcare providers, health systems, and behavioral health organizations
Sell AI platform as a clinical training solution supporting CBT-based education, skill development, and ongoing clinician learning
Position the platform as a recruiting and evaluation tool that enables organizations to assess candidates through AI-generated patient scenarios
Engage stakeholders across clinical leadership, operations, education, HR, and recruiting functions
Lead platform demonstrations, value discussions, and business case development tailored to each buyer’s priorities
Navigate multi-stakeholder decision-making processes and complex procurement environments
Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM discipline
Collaborate closely with Product, Clinical, and Implementation teams during pre‑sales engagements
Represent at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings
Stay current on trends in healthcare workforce development, clinical education, and AI‑enabled assessment
Experience & Skills: Required Experience and Qualifications:
7+ years of experience selling healthcare technology solutions
Demonstrated success selling training, education, workforce, or recruiting platforms within healthcare
Experience selling consultative, value‑based solutions with multiple use cases
Ability to engage credibly with clinical, operational, and HR or recruiting leaders
Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and buyer pain points
Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Comfortable operating in a growth‑stage, evolving environment
Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
Experience selling AI‑enabled platforms for training, assessment, or simulation
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems or clinical education tools
Experience selling recruiting, talent assessment, or workforce management solutions
Background selling into hospitals, health systems, or large provider organizations
Exposure to behavioral health, CBT, or clinical education environments
Compensation $175k, Health Insurance, 401k, Paid Vacation
