
Tasks
Goals of the position:
Sales after Support - contributes to defining, designing, assessing, monitoring, and improving performance on Sales related activities. These can be performed as part of the training/evaluation/accreditation of the 1st level Sales agents in converting sales opportunities into profits.
Key Responsibilities:
Document and validate sales processes and transactions for accuracy and commission basis.
Monitor sales performance of agents and teams, identifying trends, errors, and compliance issues.
Conduct regular evaluations on sales strategies, tools usage, customer service standards, and ethics.
Develop, update, and deliver training programs for new and existing sales agents (classroom, simulations, coaching, and assessments).
Audit sales results and provide feedback, recommendations, and retraining plans.
Supervise sales trainees during training, including live-call monitoring, coaching, scheduling, and daily guidance.
Support sales management initiatives and perform other duties as assigned while upholding company ethics and standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
Background in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
At least 8 months of experience in sales or sales support, preferably in web hosting or related industries.
Strong knowledge of sales tools, systems, workflows, and product matrices.
Experience as a Sales Agent or Sales After Support role is required.
