Position Summary: Business Consultant The Business Consultant is a strategic sales role focused on prospecting and securing new partnerships for Solvo products and services. You will act as a subject matter expert, articulating the value of staffing and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) to prospective clients. This role requires a high-energy professional who can manage the full sales lifecycle — from lead generation and forecasting to account strategy and closing — while ensuring client expectations align with our world-class deliverables.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Business Development: Proactively generate new business opportunities and execute lead generation strategies within your territory.
Sales Execution: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas through effective negotiation and closing techniques.
Strategy & Planning: Develop short- and long-term sales plans to increase volume and profit margins; manage account resource allocation.
Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor initiatives, and broker practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Client Management: Oversee renewal proposals for existing clients and deliver high-impact executive summaries and presentations.
Operational Excellence: Maintain accurate CRM data (Salesforce), submit timely reports, and participate in team coaching and training sessions.
Travel: Attend domestic and occasional international onsite meetings, industry conferences, and training sessions.

Drive: Highly motivated with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret data, identify market shifts, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Education & Experience
Education: Bachelor\'s degree or an equivalent combination of professional experience and certifications.
Experience: 2+ years of progressive B2B sales experience in Payroll, HCM, PEO, or BPO.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce (or similar CRM) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Requirements: A valid driver\'s license and a valid passport for occasional international travel.
Language: Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
