
Head of Sales Operations & Commercial Planning
You will lead end-to-end sales operations and commercial planning by transforming strategy into data-driven execution, optimizing pricing, trade spend and route-to-market effectiveness, and driving profitable growth through strong alignment between Sales, Finance and HQ.
Responsibilities
- Own and develop sales processes, systems, forecasting and reporting
- Lead commercial planning (monthly / quarterly / annual) for local management and HQ
- Drive Category–Channel priorities
- Translate pricing & promotion strategies into execution-ready plans
- Lead volume, TTS and NNS planning and optimize trade spend through ROI analysis
- Partner with Finance on profitability, strategic pricing and P&L planning
- Lead sales target setting , S&OP alignment and risk & opportunity mitigation
- Improve route-to-market effectiveness and distributor performance
- Lead and develop the Sales Operations team
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Business or related fields)
- 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations / Commercial Planning (FMCG)
- Strong analytical, planning and leadership skills
- Experience with sales systems and planning tools
- Excellent command of English
