About the Role
Lead Ripple Fiber’s sales operations function for the MDU Bulk Sales organization. Drive operational excellence by developing and executing strategies that streamline processes, improve data integrity, and enable sales teams to achieve revenue goals. Act as a key partner to Sales leadership and Account Directors, ensuring alignment across systems, reporting, and post‑sales implementation.
Core Responsibilities
Sales Process & Strategy
- Design and implement scalable sales processes for MDU Bulk sales.
- Optimize workflows across the GTM stack (CRM, Sales Engagement, Dialers, Data Enrichment, Sales Intelligence).
- Introduce automation and leverage emerging technologies, including AI, to improve efficiency and accuracy.
CRM & Data Management
- Manage CRM platform and ensure adoption across the sales organization.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor rep productivity, pipeline health, and quota attainment.
- Ensure data hygiene, enrichment, and compliance with company standards.
- Manipulate and analyze data using tools such as Power BI, QuickBase, and CRM reporting to provide actionable insights for leadership.
Sales Enablement & Support
- Support VP of Sales and Account Directors with proposal preparation, pricing models, and presentation development.
- Manage RFPs or other quote requests from properties.
- Facilitate internal processes for approvals and deal execution.
- Coordinate event presence and manage logistics for trade shows and multifamily conferences.
Post‑Sales & Customer Success
- Build and support a team that acts as liaison between Sales, Operations, and customer for new bulk customer implementations.
- Oversee activation schedules for tenants and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Manage post‑sales processes, including billing coordination and customer success engagement.
Team Leadership
- Manage Sales Operations support roles, including:
- Implementation Specialist
- Billing/Finance Analyst
- Customer Success Manager
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement.
Market Intelligence & Strategic Projects
- Research industry trends and identify opportunities for Ripple Fiber to expand presence working closely with Ripple Labs data.
- Lead cross‑functional projects to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
Performance Expectations
- Deliver accurate reporting and dashboards for leadership and sales teams.
- Maintain 100% CRM data integrity and compliance.
- Ensure timely execution of proposals and post‑sales implementation.
- Drive measurable improvements in sales cycle time and operational efficiency.
- Successfully manage CRM enhancements and adoption across the team.
KPIs & Activity Metrics
- Reporting Accuracy: Maintain 100% compliance on dashboards and quota tracking for leadership and sales teams.
- Data Management: Ensure CRM, Power BI, and QuickBase data integrity and enrichment; maintain accurate contact records and account hierarchies.
- Sales Documentation: Guarantee timely and accurate management of sales contracts, including MSAs and ROEs.
- Proposal & Presentation Support: Deliver polished proposals and presentations for Account Directors and leadership within agreed timelines.
- RFP Management: Coordinate and lead RFP responses, ensuring completeness, compliance, and competitive positioning.
- Implementation Timeliness: Achieve 95% on‑time launch for bulk installs and activation schedules.
- Team Performance: Meet SLA targets for support roles under management (Implementation Specialist, Billing/Finance Analyst, Customer Success Manager).
- Event Coordination: Successfully plan and execute Ripple Fiber’s presence at key industry events and conferences.
- Process Optimization: Drive measurable improvements in sales cycle time and operational efficiency through automation and workflow enhancements.
- Cross‑Functional Execution: Act as the central point of coordination for all internal teams during deal execution and post‑sales implementation.
Qualifications
Required
- 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations or related field, with leadership responsibilities.
- Expertise in CRM administration and sales process optimization.
- Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Power BI, QuickBase, and advanced Excel.
- Proven ability to manage cross‑functional projects and lead teams.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred
- Experience in telecom, ISP, or multifamily housing industry.
- Familiarity with bulk agreements, ROE/MSA processes, and post‑sales implementation workflows.
- Knowledge of AI‑driven sales tools and automation platforms.
