The Construction Superintendent will oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Oversee and manage daily construction site operations to ensure timely project completion. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project plans and safety standards. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with all building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Review and interpret blueprints and project plans to provide on-site guidance. Manage site inspections and address any issues promptly. Collaborate with project managers to maintain budgets and schedules. Maintain accurate records of project activities and progress reports.
