Traveling Superintendent
to join our team and support projects across the U.S. If you love being in the field, leading from the front, and turning dirt into something impressive — and you’re open to traveling wherever the work is — this role is for you. We’re tackling commercial, industrial, and mixed-use projects nationwide, and we need a strong field leader who knows how to keep jobsites running smoothly, teams motivated, and projects delivered safely, on time, and at a high level of quality. As a Traveling Superintendent, you’re the heartbeat of the jobsite — bringing structure, leadership, and clarity to each project while representing Oline’s standards wherever you go. What You’ll Do Lead field operations on ground-up commercial, industrial, and mixed-use projects nationwide Travel to projects across the U.S. and remain onsite for the duration of each build Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials to keep the job running efficiently Partner closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, and clients Review drawings and specifications for accuracy and constructability Manage schedules and ensure critical milestones are met Run daily safety meetings and uphold best-in-class safety standards Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement on every site 5+ years of experience leading ground-up commercial, industrial, or mixed-use projects Strong experience coordinating subcontractors and field crews Deep understanding of layout, logistics, scheduling, and quality control Strong communication and leadership skills Tilt-wall or structural concrete experience is a plus A strong commitment to safety, quality, and craftsmanship Willingness and ability to travel nationwide as projects require What We Offer Competitive base salary + performance bonuses Medical, dental, and vision benefits 401(k) with company match PTO + company holidays Travel support (housing, per diem, etc., if applicable — adjust as needed) Long-term growth opportunities with a fast-growing GC backed by Goldenrod Companies Ready to build something bigger?
