They are currently seeking an

Intermediate Architectural Designer

to join their Los Angeles studio. This individual will play a key role in transforming design concepts into built reality while collaborating with a highly creative, multidisciplinary team.

Position Overview The Intermediate Designer will contribute to the conceptual and schematic design of multifamily, hospitality, and mixed-use projects, often on complex urban sites. The ideal candidate is design-driven, technically skilled, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative studio environment.

This role requires strong visual communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate design intent to internal leadership, project teams, and clients.

Qualifications

Strong architectural design and form-giving skills

3–5 years of professional architectural experience

Preferably 2+ years focused on multifamily or mixed-use projects

Proficient in

SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite

Ability to develop concepts through hand sketching and digital drafting

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture required

Progress toward architectural licensure preferred

Location & Work Schedule

Downtown Los Angeles office

Monday–Wednesday in office

Thursday–Friday remote
