Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Account Manager at our Coopersburg, PA location. The role involves managing and nurturing relationships with commercial clients, working closely to understand their insurance needs, and providing tailored solutions. Responsibilities include preparing quotes, handling policy renewals, addressing customer inquiries, and managing claims. The position also involves collaborating with team members to ensure exceptional customer service and business growth. Qualifications Experience in insurance policy management and customer relationship management Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and team members Ability to understand and tailor commercial auto, property, liability, and business insurance solutions Organization and time management skills to handle multiple accounts effectively Proficiency in using insurance management software and tools Understanding of local and federal insurance regulations Previous experience in a commercial insurance role is a plus Relevant insurance licensing or willingness to obtain necessary licenses
