collaborative, growth-focused environment , you’ll manage a diverse book of business, work closely with producers, and be a trusted advisor to clients across multiple industries. What You’ll Do
Manage a commercial lines book of business with a focus on
client retention and satisfaction Handle
renewals, marketing, endorsements, and coverage analysis
with accuracy and efficiency Collaborate with producers to
develop strategies
and present solutions that meet client needs Provide
responsive, professional service
to clients and carriers, fostering long-term relationships Ensure compliance with internal processes and industry regulations Support client growth by identifying opportunities for
account rounding and cross-selling What We’re Looking For
3+ years of commercial lines account management
experience at an agency or broker Active
Property & Casualty license
(required) Strong knowledge of commercial coverages, including GL, Property, Auto, WC, and Umbrella Proficiency with
agency management systems
and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication and relationship-building skills A
self-starter
