The Role The Account Manager (AM) is the operational backbone of the Commercial Risk Team. You turn strategy into execution—making sure nothing falls through the cracks, and every client experience feels seamless, proactive, and professional.

You partner closely with Account Executives and Producers to manage day-to-day service, renewals, endorsements, and carrier coordination. If you’re detail-driven, responsive, and proud of doing things right the first time, you’ll thrive here.

This is not a call-center role. It’s a high-impact position that keeps complex accounts running smoothly and clients confident.

What You’ll Do

Manage the day-to-day servicing of a portfolio of commercial clients

Drive renewal timelines, gather exposure data, and coordinate marketing submissions

Work with carriers and underwriters to obtain quotes, endorsements, and policy changes

Review policies for accuracy and completeness

Prepare proposals, summaries, certificates, and client deliverables

Support Account Executives in renewal strategy and client meetings

Respond to client requests with urgency, clarity, and professionalism

Anticipate client needs and proactively solve issues before they escalate

Deliver a consistent, high-trust client experience

What You Bring

Commercial insurance experience (P&C)

Strong knowledge of policy forms, endorsements, and certificates

Experience supporting middle-market or complex commercial accounts

Exceptional organization, follow-through, and attention to detail

Clear, professional written and verbal communication

Active state P&C license (or ability to obtain)

A service mindset rooted in ownership and accountability
