
Senior / Tier 3 Desktop Support Engineer responsible for
end-user support and full IT asset lifecycle management , including receiving, inventory, warehousing, distribution, and disposal. Strong
ServiceNow
and hands‑on hardware/logistics experience required.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, tag, scan, and track IT assets; confirm receipts and close POs
Maintain accurate records in
IT Asset Management (ITAM)
systems
Manage onsite/offsite inventory and temporary warehousing (90–120 days)
Perform monthly/quarterly inventory audits and reporting
Coordinate global delivery, pickup, and cost‑effective shipping options
Ensure asset traceability during deployment and transfers
Support compliant disposal, recycling, data destruction, and onsite shredding
Liaise with ITAD and recycling vendors
Use
ServiceNow (or similar ITSM)
to track assets, time, and close tickets
Adapt to changing processes and operational directives
Required Qualifications
8–12 years
overall IT experience
5+ years
in Desktop Support / EUC (Tier 2/3)
3+ years
hands‑on IT Asset Management, inventory, or logistics
Strong
ServiceNow or ITSM
experience
Preferred
Enterprise or regulated environments (Finance, Government, Healthcare)
Experience with ITAD, recycling, and data destruction processes
