100% outbound call position , where you will connect with prospective clients nationwide to educate them on life insurance solutions and help protect what matters most. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a high-activity sales environment, are comfortable making outbound calls, and are motivated by performance-based earnings. Key Responsibilities Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients using provided leads Educate clients on life insurance products and recommend solutions based on their needs Build rapport, overcome objections, and guide clients through the application process Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and sales activity in CRM systems Meet or exceed daily activity goals and monthly sales targets Stay compliant with all state and federal insurance regulations Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings Qualifications Life insurance license
