Overview
The Home Loan Specialist is an entry-level role supporting multiple business channels within the mortgage organization. This position plays a key role in ensuring efficient loan processing activities while delivering high-quality service to internal partners and customers. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to build a career in the mortgage and financial services industry. Key Responsibilities
Perform routine data entry and data validation tasks with accuracy and attention to detail Initiate and track third-party orders, including title, appraisal, hazard insurance, flood certifications, and credit reports Review and validate loan documentation to ensure completeness and compliance Respond to routine inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, and/or chat Monitor assigned work queues and escalate or intervene as necessary to meet service level expectations Support additional operational tasks as assigned Demonstrate behaviors aligned with the organization's culture, values, and customer-first mindset Schedule
Monday to Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Required Skills

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
