Home Loan Specialist

The Home Loan Specialist is an entry-level position responsible for supporting multiple operational channels within the organization. In this role, you will serve as a key contributor to efficient loan processing by performing essential administrative and customer-support tasks that help achieve business and service objectives. Primary responsibilities: Perform routine data entry and validation tasks to ensure accuracy and completeness of loan information. Initiate third-party service orders, including title, appraisal, hazard insurance, flood certification, credit reports, and related documentation. Review and validate loan documents to confirm compliance with company and regulatory standards. Handle routine inbound and outbound communication via phone calls, emails, and chat to support customers and internal partners. Monitor work queues and take appropriate action to maintain timely processing and workflow continuity. Complete additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned to support departmental needs. Pay and benefits: The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
