Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jackson, MI for a Shipping/Receiving and Sales Associate. Responsibilities include managing incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations. The associate will also assist customers with inquiries, provide product information, process sales, and contribute to the store\'s overall success. Qualifications
Experience in shipping, receiving, and inventory management Strong sales, customer service, and ability to communicate effectively with clients Proficiency in using inventory software and point-of-sale systems Organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail Basic knowledge of the manufacturing tooling industry Ability to multi-task with basic computer skills in word and excel High school diploma or equivalent, drivers license with clean record required; additional relevant certifications are a plus
