A nationally recognized boutique law firm is seeking Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits Associates at all levels to join its New York office. This role offers the opportunity to work at the centre of high-profile corporate transactions, advising companies, boards, private equity sponsors, and senior executives on sophisticated compensation and incentive arrangements. Matters include equity plans, bonus and incentive programs, employment and change-in-control agreements, and compensation issues arising in mergers, acquisitions, IPOs, and other transformative events.
Associates will enjoy significant responsibility, direct client interaction, and the chance to build deep expertise in a highly specialized and increasingly critical practice area. Ideal candidates bring strong academic credentials, excellent drafting and analytical skills, and experience with executive compensation, employee benefits, or related corporate matters.
