Navitas is seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven
Customer Service Representative
to support external and internal customers through timely, accurate, and professional assistance. This role handles a variety of operational tasks including insurance inquiries, contract and customer maintenance, assumptions, name changes, document vaulting, system updates, daily reporting, returned mail, and other assigned responsibilities. What You’ll Do
Answer written and verbal communication inquires, resolving issues with efficiency, accuracy, and a focus on exceptional customer satisfaction.
Execute documentation and forward completed materials to appropriate parties.
Process contract and customer maintenance, including: Contact, billing, and equipment changes
Payment method updates and payment misapplication corrections
Name changes and contract assumptions
Returned mail
Assist customers with insurance‑related questions and documentation.
Assign contracts to applicable third parties.
Accurately notate all customer and account activity within the primary system of record.
Support special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements For Success
Associate’s Degree (A.A.) or six months to one year of related experience/training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficiency with enterprise and office software including: Lease accounting platforms Excel Word Outlook
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent telephone etiquette and active listening abilities.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks efficiently.
