What You’ll Do
We are seeking an experienced
Corporate Paralegal
to support our
Corporate, M&A, Real Estate, and Transactional
practices. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and has a strong attention to detail when executing complex transactions. Collaborate closely with attorneys on
M&A, private equity, real estate, and securities matters Manage
entity formations, dissolutions, and ongoing compliance Draft, organize, and maintain
corporate governance documents
and support due diligence efforts Coordinate and manage
transaction closings , including documentation and post-closing follow-up File regulatory forms such as
Form D, Form ID, and Blue Sky filings
via
EDGAR/EFD Maintain
corporate minute books
and act as a liaison for entity maintenance Support
real estate transactions , including title review, escrow coordination, and related documentation What You Bring
5+ years of experience
in a mid-size to large law firm environment Proven ability to
independently manage closings
and transactional workflows Strong
drafting, research, and organizational
skills Comfortable working with legal technology and document management systems Excellent
communication, prioritization, and multitasking
abilities Experience with billing and time-entry systems such as
Elite or Aderant Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate
