Join our sales team as a Customer Service Salesperson focused on building relationships and promoting parts, service, and rental solutions. This is a growth-driven role for an energetic and goal-oriented individual.
Forklift Systems is looking for a motivated
Customer Service Salesperson
to manage and grow sales of aftermarket parts, service programs, rentals, and allied equipment. You’ll work closely with an existing customer base while developing new relationships and providing excellent service support.
This is a dynamic, relationship-driven role ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, territory development, and long-term account management. As part of our growing sales team, you'll be expected to provide timely solutions, maintain detailed activity in our CRM, and represent Forklift Systems' commitment to industry-leading service. Whether it’s offering operator training programs, quoting equipment packages, or following up on rental needs, your focus will be on driving value and building trust with every customer interaction.
Job Requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM tools such as PipeDrive; capable of maintaining accurate records and reports
Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to engage customers, relay information clearly, and build long-term relationships
Strong territory management abilities, including time management, follow-up practices, and planning strategies to maximize customer coverage
Previous sales experience preferred, especially in industrial, equipment, or service-related fields; proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals is a plus
Highly organized and self-motivated, with the initiative to identify opportunities and take proactive steps without supervision
