We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team at Superior Industrial Products. As a Sales Representative in the material handling industry, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our high-quality forklift parts, services, Rentals, and equipment. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, while identifying new business opportunities and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new leads and opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Identify customer needs and present tailored solutions using our range of forklift parts, services, and equipment.

Provide accurate product information, quotes, and technical details to clients.

Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives on a consistent basis.

Collaborate with the service and parts departments to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery of products and services.

Conduct on-site visits and product demonstrations to showcase equipment and solutions.

Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close sales effectively and profitably.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities in CRM software.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide the best solutions to customers.

Provide excellent customer service and address any post-sale issues or concerns.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the material handling or industrial equipment industry.

Strong knowledge of forklift equipment, parts, and services (or a willingness to learn).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build rapport and trust with clients and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Self-motivated with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales goals.

Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Ability to travel to customer sites as needed.

Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
