Overview
Randstad is looking for a Customer Service Rep position in Roanoke, VA.
Responsibilities
Reviewing the customer’s credit card profile, payments, and accounts; assist the customer in understanding their balances
Inbound Call Center: 75–100 calls per day (higher volume during earlier shifts)
Call duration: approximately 3–5 minutes per call
Back-to-back calls with occasional brief breaks
Shift Days/Hours and Compensation Requires working either Saturday or Sunday (predominantly Sunday) with one weekday off. Shifts are 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM. Salary: $18–$20 per hour. Education requirement: Bachelor’s degree.
