Randstad is looking for a CUSTOMER SERVICE REP position in San Antonio, TX.
Shift: Second (11:30 AM – 8:00 PM). Salary: $18 – $20 per hour.
Responsibilities
Review the customer’s credit card profile, payments, and account balances.
Inbound Call Center: 75–100 calls per day (higher volume in earlier shifts). Calls are approximately 3–5 minutes and back‑to‑back with minimum time in between.
Attention to detail for quality assurance.
Research skills – will be researching case work themselves.
Heavy coaching environment – candidates will receive a lot of feedback, need to be receptive and open.
Patience, communication skills, active listening, and empathy.
Acknowledge customer’s concerns, ownership, and not taking comments personally.
Offer options to customers and resolve issues.
Skills & Qualifications
Customer Service, Customer Support, Customer Relations, Call Center.
Years of experience: 0 years. Experience level: Experienced.
Education: Bachelors.
Must be available for the following: 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM (second shift only) and work either Saturday or Sunday with one weekday off.
Training & Shift Availability
Training: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, M–F.
Post‑training: Second Shift only.
