Job Title: Customer Service Representative
We’re seeking a personable, professional, and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our close-knit team in Franklin. If you excel at solving problems, enjoy working with people, and seek growth within a stable company, this position could be a great fit. What You’ll Do
Your initial responsibilities will include managing emails, faxes, and voicemails, progressing to handling calls and chats. Your key duties will focus on: Processing replacements, warranties, and claims Tracking packages and managing refunds Supporting retail store customers via phone Assisting e-commerce and wholesale clients with order issues Additional tasks include: Handling inbound/outbound calls (about 15–20 per day) Running reports and updating orders Filing claims and processing returns Collaborating closely with internal sales representatives What We’re Looking For
Ideal candidates should have: Customer service or call center/retail phone experience Effective communication skills—clear, friendly, and professional Dependability and solid attendance Ability to research and resolve issues from start to finish Preferred Skills (Training Provided)
Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Office Experience with Apparel Business System, Shopify, or Quiver Additional Details
