These opportunities are ideal for
mid-level Real Estate Associates (3–6 years’ experience)
looking to take the next step in their careers, gain greater responsibility, and work more closely with clients and partners on sophisticated real estate matters.
The Work Depending on the firm and team, the role will include:
Acquisitions and dispositions of commercial real estate
Real estate financing and secured lending transactions
Leasing (office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use)
Development projects, including construction-related matters
Joint ventures and real estate investment structures
Portfolio management and asset management work
Due diligence, title and survey review, and transactional support
These teams represent a mix of
institutional investors, private equity funds, developers, lenders, and owner-operators , offering exposure to
high-value, complex transactions
across Florida and beyond.
Who We’re Looking For
3–7 years of experience in commercial real estate (law firm background)
Strong drafting and negotiation skills
Experience working on mid/upper market transactions
Comfortable managing matters with increasing autonomy
A collaborative mindset and strong client-service orientation
Florida Bar admission preferred (or ability to waive in, where applicable)
