
Our client, a US middle market direct lending platform, is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join their team on a temporary basis. With success, the position can become permanent. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and managing account- and contact-level data within CRM systems. The data is both structured and unstructured. The candidate should have a general understanding of databases and methodical attention to detail.
Position: Part Time Data Entry Specialist
Location: Midtown Manhattan
Hybrid Schedule: 2 days in office
Hours: 9am-5pm
Salary – 50.00-100.00 an hour (DOE)
Responsibilities of the Part Time Data Entry Specialist:
Accurately enter account- and contact-level data in Identify, verify, and correct data inconsistencies Always maintain data integrity and confidentiality Assist with data cleanup, validation, and standardization Retrieve data from current systems (firm can provide training) and organize data in spreadsheets for reports as requested across firm departments Communicate effectively with team members to clarify information and ensure goals are being achieved Follow the Teams' guidelines and quality standards for data entry Requirements of the Part Time Data Entry Specialist:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, data entry, sorting, and filtering) Basic familiarity with cloud-based platforms (SharePoint, Dropbox) 1+ years of experience in data entry, administrative work, or a similar role preferred Verification of identity, education, prior employment, and references will be required
