Data Entry Specialist Overview

The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for the accurate entry, maintenance, and quality control of client and contact data within the firm’s CRM systems. This role supports business development, compliance, and internal reporting by ensuring CRM records are complete, consistent, and up to date. The position is highly detail-oriented and process-driven, with no involvement in financial transactions or data analysis. Key Responsibilities

Enter, update, and maintain client, contact, and account records within CRM platforms. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and proper formatting in accordance with internal standards. Review source materials and requests for completeness prior to data entry. Perform routine data validation and cleanup to maintain CRM data integrity. Resolve duplicate, outdated, or incomplete records following established procedures. Coordinate with Banking, Compliance, Marketing, and Operations teams to clarify data requirements.Maintain organized electronic records to support reporting, audits, and compliance reviews. Adhere to confidentiality, data privacy, and information security policies. Qualifications

1+ years of data entry, CRM administration, or administrative support experience, preferably in financial services or a regulated environment. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume data entry with accuracy. Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce or similar) and Microsoft Excel.Strong organizational skills and ability to follow defined processes and workflows. Comfortable handling sensitive client and contact information. Nice to Have

Experience supporting CRM data quality initiatives or system migrations. Familiarity with client onboarding documentation (non-transactional). Experience working in investment banking, professional services, or corporate environments.
