Our client is a well regarded financial institution with a strong and growing footprint in healthcare banking. The bank provides specialized lending, deposit, and treasury solutions tailored to medical, dental, veterinary, and other healthcare related organizations.

Senior Relationship Manager, Healthcare The Healthcare Relationship Manager will manage and grow a portfolio of healthcare clients by delivering customized financial solutions and exceptional relationship management. This role requires strong credit knowledge, sound business development capabilities, and a deep understanding of the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage a portfolio of healthcare clients including medical practices, dental practices, veterinarians, outpatient centers, ambulatory surgery centers, and other healthcare service providers

Source new business through proactive calling, networking, and referrals while strengthening existing client relationships

Structure financing solutions such as term loans, lines of credit, practice acquisition financing, partner buy ins, equipment loans, and owner occupied CRE financing

Collaborate with credit teams to review financial statements, cash flow, collateral, liquidity analysis, and practice financial performance

Prepare credit packages in alignment with bank underwriting standards and regulatory requirements

Oversee loan renewals, annual reviews, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management

Cross sell deposit, treasury, merchant services, and other bank products to deepen wallet share

Stay informed on healthcare industry trends, reimbursement models, practice economics, and regulatory considerations

Meet individual production targets and contribute to the group's overall growth strategy

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in commercial banking or healthcare focused relationship management

Proven success working with healthcare businesses such as physicians, dentists, and veterinary practices

Strong credit acumen and experience structuring commercial loans

Demonstrated ability to generate new business in a competitive market

Excellent communication skills with a client centric approach

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with credit and operational teams

Bachelor's degree in finance, business, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred
